The staff are polite and welcoming as well as the owner. It is nestled in the center of the town, easy walk to Kota Kinabalu Waterfront.

The accommodation was pleasant with fine and lovely staff. Marvellous and incredible location in a crowded area right by the centre, Gaya Street, and other attractions like the waterfront and Filipino market.

Well, it was a fabulous stay for 2 nights. The venue was in a very central location short walk to the famous Philipines market, convenient store & eateries, restaurants, waterfront, night market and other establishments, and the center of town. It also was in centre of KK.

Very central location not far from the waterfront area, riverside, and Gaya Street and other attractions, it was in a busy area. Also, the hotel was 5 minutes walk from Oceanus Waterfront Mall.

Ideal location! This place is right in the heart of everything in the city 🌆. You can easily reach all the popular spots in about 15 minutes, including the nearest shopping mall. a super convenient spot to explore from! .

The location was very central, short walk to the waterfront and Filipino market and a host of other eateries, the center of town and popular places all within approx 15 minutes. We saw Mamutik Island, based a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.
